Nestled within metres of the Koonya back beach, this holiday home blends seamlessly with the coastal beach environment. With considered design and material selection, it continues to mature and blend seamlessly with the surrounding natural environment. Simplistic in design, the main feature of the home is a large central living room with open fireplace and solid Spotted Gum joinery integrated into the solid spine wall. The home has a central spine blade wall that is clad with Spotted Gum Sorrento profile cladding. The internal ceiling / roofline is on a consistent rake in all rooms. This angular blade wall runs externally and internally in the entrance. The exterior of the home features vertical Spotted Gum cladding that has been left to weather naturally.
